The project is a bit too "interiory" / designed for me, but I think the layout with the different thermal zones is very interesting (and could also work with individual bedrooms, instead of the more radical layout they have here). And the dark cork is nice! I'll try to post a reference every evening or so, to get the community started, but please let me know if that's too much!
A few years ago I traveled to the top of the building where there is a restaurant with impressive views of Seoul.
