In reaction to a post by [@Pavidus@lemmy.world](https://lemmy.world/u/Pavidus) it is my pleasure to introduce you to one of the most incredible visual artists I have ever seen! https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zdzis%C5%82aw_Beksi%C5%84ski     He's a legend and his inspiration reaches far and wide, like Lovecraft was on literature. Some artists I like who take after him include Dariusz Zawadzki and Boris Groh. I had meant to post some, but I also thought "damn, this sub might as well just be /c/beksiński".
Just popped in to say the community icon brought me here! For those that don't know, that is the album cover for "The Burden of Restlessness" by King Buffalo. Definitely worth checking out IMHO!
