Krita - Free and opensource digital painting application
Hi all, I use vector shapes a lot, and manipulate their colours quite often. Changing a colour for vector shape already takes wayy too many clicks, but changing it to another colour sampled from the image seems to be really terrible. Colour sampler (P) does not seem to work when a palette is open. Fill tool seems to work only for raster data. The only way I found around this is to add a custom swatch to a palette and then pick it back from vector fill editing palette. Maybe you found some more usable procedure?

I've been trying to get Krita to save files to Dropbox with no success. Whenever I attempt, it says: "Permission denied: Krita is not allowed to write to the file." Dropbox has all needed permissions on android. It's up to date, and if it's any help, I'm using a Samsung Tab S9 Ultra. Thanks. :)

Hi, I'm wondering if you guys have a good workflow for android tablets or tablets in general? It's a bit challenging being productive, even on my ***13in.*** Samsung Tab Ultra. The workspace takes up space, and I can't really have everything I need open without sacrificing canvas space. Also, I can't really use keyboard shortcuts. Essential tasks like deselect are hard to reach. Sure, there are other software options, but my pc runs Linux, which doesn't have much in choice. It'd be nice to keep my workflow consistent across these devices. Thanks. :)

The release candidate is here for Krita 5.2, this means that we are confident that all the major bugs brought on by the changes in Krita 5.2 have now been fixed, and would like you to give it another round of testing.
After two weeks of bug fixing, it is already time for the second 5.2 beta! In addition to the changes that 5.2 brings, we have fixed some bugs that got reported. Please help us test this second beta

Krita 5.2.0 is a major new release, and the first of the Krita 5.2 series of releases. Especially internally, there have been huge changes and improvements. While there are a lot of important user-visible changes that will make artists’ workflow smoother, most work has been inside Krita, preparing Krita for the future. Please help us in testing the beta
