Left Piracy

IMDB link: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11423784/ All public torrents I have found are dead. Anyone knows a place where I can find this movie in decent quality? (At least 1080p.) Thanks.

Audiobookbay is a great site, and 80% of what I need is on there. Frustratingly, the 20% I'm missing is seemingly nowhere on the net. Any comrades have an alternative I can look into? Or, hell, if anyone has the audio book for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes: Firestorm, I'd probably shit.

Not posting links since I am on a phone but recently Nintendo of America filed a suit against Tropic Haze LLC, the LLC behind said emulators. Yesterday, Tropic Haze settled with Nintendo. They are to pay $2.4 million in damages and have to stop distributing (and maybe working on) Yuzu. Yuzu and Citra git repositories are gone from GitHub. The tactic used by Nintendo was targeting the monetisation practices by the devs. They had a Patreon with paywalled early access builds. So the "emulation is legal" argument was irrelevant here. They also mention how Yuzu was used to play the leaked ROM of Tears of the Kingdom, the latest overhyped Zelda game. It is a bit sad we won't be able to play overhyped Nintendo console exclusives anyone through Yuzu. There is still Ryujinx but from my experience it is more resource heavy. Also I don't know about its future. I tried finding if its devs commented on this news but have not come across anything like that so far.

Right now I'm looking forward to watching two movies: "The Boy and the Heron" and "Godzilla Minus One" Neither is on streaming services or BluRay yet. Which means that good quality torrents (IMO at least web-rip) are not available yet. Is there a good way of figuring out when a decent torrent is available? I don't mean setting up some service like sonarr/radarr because those seem overkill (though my mind on this can be changed with a persuasive argument). Rather maybe some website I can check? Thanks.

Comrades! I'm not sure if you're all familiar with this website, but it is one that contains so much free stuff. Which includes more piracy through torrent sites even though you can use qbittorrent to search. Have a look!

i recently canceled my spotify subscription, so i'm looking to download whole albums and if possible download whole discography easily instead of individual songs Edit: thank you all comrades for the recomendations!

I had to buy this album since I could not find it online. If possible please share it on torrent trackers or soulseek since it is a good album. [my_own_ghibli_world.7z](https://pixeldrain.com/u/w5s1VJfM)

For the comrades who need it. [Educational](https://fmhy.pages.dev/edupiracyguide/) section from [FMHY](https://fmhy.pages.dev/) (courses/books/ect) since the main page doesn't list it directly.

I actually paid for a course but there's no simple way to get it working on a TV without just having it on a USB drive. I tried the pirate bay but it the course is 5 years old on it.

I found [this](https://archive.org/details/Pingu_Season_1to6) but it's understandably low quality since the show is old. I was wondering if it exists in high definition somewhere. Maybe it was remastered on something like that seeing how it is a classic.

The books aggregated by these websites have also been available in bulk via torrent systems. These flagrantly illegal shadow libraries have long been of interest to the AI-training community: for instance, an AI training dataset published in December 2020 by EleutherAI called “Books3” includes a recreation of the Bibliotik collection and contains nearly 200,000 books. On information and belief, the OpenAI Books2 dataset includes books copied from these “shadow libraries,” because those are the most sources of trainable books most similar in nature and size to OpenAI’s description of Books2. > > Meta > >Bibliotik is one of a number of notorious “shadow library” websites that also includes Library Genesis (aka LibGen), Z-Library (aka B-ok), and Sci-Hub. I'm searching for a certain windows activation tool that I know was there but don't remember the name. Also would be cool to have that archive saved in here somewhere.

Not sure where to post this so I'll put it here. I had some problems with data at first but at the end of the day It was well worth it 👍 My phone's battery and performance are just as mediocre as before, but at least the phone is way more usable now and it supports apps that couldn't be installed before (such as Jerboa, my phone had Android 7.1.1 💀). My phone cost me I think like 200€ back in 2018 and while the battery has certainly degraded, it was originally really big so I don't feel the need to get a new phone, especially now that I put Android 13 in it.

I just set up my first Plex server and found that I have to convert all of my totally legally obtained MKVs to MP4s to run on Plex. Right now I'm encoding them with HandBrake and it's taking ~30 mins per file and using 100% of my CPUs capacity (running around 80 degrees C). Is this how most of you guys do it? or am I missing something? I'm concerned about hurting the lifespan of my CPU. Would using my GPU to encode be a better option?

RARBG has shut down today. If you go to their website, you will be presented with the following message: > Hello guys, We would like to inform you that we have decided to shut down our site. The past 2 years have been very difficult for us - some of the people in our team died due to covid complications, others still suffer the side effects of it - not being able to work at all. > Some are also fighting the war in Europe - ON BOTH SIDES. Also, the power price increase in data centers in Europe hit us pretty hard. Inflation makes our daily expenses impossible to bare. Therefore we can no longer run this site without massive expenses that we can no longer cover out of pocket. After an unanimous vote we've decided that we can no longer do it. > We are sorry :( > Bye

It's at least in `cs.rin.ru`, including Linux version.

I downloaded the season packs from RARBG (by BTN, ION10 and DEMAND) but I don't like the quality of the torrents. Earlier seasons do not have subtitles. Some of the later ones that do have them are downloaded from addic7ed rather than ripped from source. Moreover the volume level is really low across the board. Anyone knows any better quality torrents on public trackers? Direct download will do too. Thanks.

> Search engine of shadow libraries: books, papers, comics, magazines. ⭐️ Z-Library, Library Genesis, Sci-Hub. ⚙️ Fully resilient through open source code and data. ❤️ Spread the word: everyone is welcome here! I came across this site when z-library's clearnet domain was taken down and have been using it regularly since then because of how easy it is. I haven't seen anyone talking about it here so I thought I'd share.

I just found out about it the other day. Its literally p2p file sharing. You can let people visit designated directories on your local file system and go visit theirs. Its fast and personable. They even have an AOL IM thing going on. I found out about it because they've got a lot of music and its relatively difficult to find good music torrents. I thought it was basically transmission or another torrent client, but its totally different. Linux Mint has the FOSS client Nicotine+ in their repository. The whole process was quick and easy. Find me there under the same user name.

I wanted to share the DLCs + DLC unlocker for Europa Universalis IV for Linux, basically so that if you own the base game on steam you can drop the files in the installation path and BAM you now have all the DLCs, however I'm not sure what is the "standard" way to do this. Do I just upload to MEGA, Zippyshare or something like that and then post the link here?

So a friend has managed to get a Karagara account, for those of you who don't know what it is, it's basically the holy grail of art cinema, where you can get the weirdest and obscurest of films you could ever imagine. So basically, if you know of any film that is Marxist, communist, socialist, or political in some left leaning form that you'd like to get and which can't be gotten through public trackers, I can get them and share them with you all on a different place so we can have a back up. I don't want this post to be here for too long because this actually goes against the tracker rules, so once you have gave me a list I will delete the post.

What is your routine when it comes to surfing on the internet? Do you remain anonymous at all times? Is there only one browser you use or a few? I'm quite new to this stuff and wonder what a pirate's usual routine is. I wonder if I should get the onion browser and use that only, or alternate between opera and the tor browser. Also, what efficient and smart methods do you guys use? (no i'm not fbi lol, im a 16 year old loser)

I'm looking to make a complete backup of my family's DVD and CD libraries by turning them into plain unencrypted media files that can just be played by whatever software. And I *just might* create torrents for some of the ones that don't already have established highly seeded torrents. Except, I've been trying all day on and off get a DVD ripper *with automatic decryption* set up on my machine and can't figure it out. I use Fedora, and none of the ones I read about are on the standard package manager, probably because Fedora doesn't want to get sued. I have tried the source code for the major ones but again, they have next to no official or even unofficial documentation, need dependencies which I can't figure out where to get, or the compile or run crashes with cryptic errors, or errors out when . Web searching has been less than helpful with any of these problems. Has anyone here gotten a decrypting DVD ripper working on Linux? Can you share what steps you took, or what documentation/tutorial you followed? I really don't want to have to use Windows or proprietary software for this, because for the former, it's... Windows, and for the latter, I don't trust it because piracy software can be shady AF.
