Soccer, The World's Game

Jurgen Klopp's final game as manager of Liverpool.
So far the highlights is that Lebron James and Kim Kim K. showed up to the game. When it comes to player introductions they gave Messi credit for his world Cup and simply said Sergio is good with no mention of their treble run or UCL histories together. Really is annoying how much of this debut show has so far been about the "marketability" of the MLS now that he's arrived.
Here is a great schedule graphic for the Women's World Cup! Are you staying up really late or waking up really early?

Have been seeing plenty of old news articles popping up here. Is this someone from Reddit trying to undermine Lemmy as a source for up-to-date football news?

Absolutely fantastic finish to an otherwise boring game!
Everton winger Demarai Gray has been included in the final roster for the Concacaf Gold Cup. The final roster was announced this afternoon as the Reggae Boyz concluded their pre Gold Cup camp in Austria today.
As a Leicester fan, I am much more hopeful about this than Scott Parker. I appreciate Scott Parker has success in getting promoted but it's not an inspiring appointment. This is a fun, risky appointment and hopefully he goes on to do as well as the last Pep assistant to leave.
We're pleased to confirm that James Milner will join us on a one-year deal
Shame would love to him in the Prem, but then it would for Liverpool or City. Reckon he'll do well at Madrid
