Ethernet or MoCA

I have 3 eero Pro 6Es, looking to add a regular Pro 6 in the near future. Should I just run ethernet under the house for wired backhaul, or would MoCA give better speeds?

I already have coax ran to every room from when we moved in, so hopefully it’s the ladder😅
