Federal Complaint Says Harvard Legacy Preferences in Admissions Violate Civil Rights Act

This is somewhat surprising given the SCOTUS ruling last week. Suspect they would lose if it came back to SCOTUS on some form of 'traditionalist' grounds, but for public and state schools it could definitely mark a sea change.
