Does anybody else find it suspicious that Alpha Tauri didn't attend the stewards' summon for Verstappen's impeding?

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I even think that Abu Dhabi 2021 was a mistake and not rigged, but this looks incredibly suspicious to me. Verstappen easily could have gotten a penalty for this and coincidentally Alpha Tauri just doesn't show up? I hope this gets investigated so we can put our minds at ease.
