Thanks for checking back, but the other comments mentioned tweaking ProtonTricks and that got rid of the error.

Thank you so much. This worked like a charm but now that the error is gone it tries to launch the Rockstar Launcher but crashes without any error messages.

Sorry I didn't mention, but I am using Steam flatpack.
Hi all, I installed GTA 4 Complete Edition from Steam. The first time I tried playing after installation it worked flawlessly but has been giving me this error ever since. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I have tried using a different Proton version only to get the same error again. I am on Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon with 13th Gen i7-3700K, RTX3080 Ti and 32 GB RAM. I haven't been able to find any help on Proton DB, hoping somebody here might have some idea. And I apologize if this is no the right place for this post, please let me know where I should post it. Thanks!

I already tried to install those, they're too old to even install. Thanks for the reply anyway.
Basically what the title says. I've been looking for an Android app that uses my phone's camera as an eyedrop tool to grab a color and show complimentary colors and such to no avail. I am currently using [Color Grab](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.loomatix.colorgrab) but am looking for an open source alternative. It doesn't have to be free I am willing to pay for it. Thanks in advance for any replies, and sorry for posting this here if it's not the right place.

Wow! This sounds really interesting. I am definitely intrigued by your idea. If this was an existing game today I would for sure give it a chance.

I would practice soldering at least a few times before trying it on the phone, but at this point you don't really have a choice. Moving forward buy a phone like the Asus Zenphone10 which has the battery glued shut but the back is plastic which would make it far easier to remove than a glass back phone. And bonus this phone has a headphone jack as well.

Yes, I am very interested in post-processing work as I have some experience in it (took some classes in High School), but that was over a decade ago at this point, and we were just practicing with pics off of the internet. Thanks for the advice.

True, but might as well put up a good fight while we're at it.

Oh wow another great advice, I might just have to at least look into some old school cameras myself, didn't even think about it until I read your comment. Thanks.

Thank you, I will definitely look into both of these options.

True, but things like banking and e-commerce are another very large part of the things people do on the Internet, and those are more likely to follow along than not.

Honestly I am in the same boat, but big banks still make a large portion of the banking system and I don't why the smaller banks wouldn't just follow along.

I highly appreciate your help and will keep it in mind, but a few of the comments suggested I start with my phone camera and play around with the setting there so will probably do that before making a decision. Thanks.

Thank you for the help I might just take your and others suggestions and start with my phone camera and go from there.

Wow thank you this is so much help. Like you suggested I might need to spend some time taking pictures with my phone camera or at least until I have a somewhat of a grasp of the basics. Thanks again.
So like the title says I am interested in photography but know next to nothing about it. My question is what's a good camera for someone like me preferably under $800? Thanks in advance for the help.
