Update: just got my pinetime. Build quality seems decent, but im disappointed in the vibrate/notifications. It could be I haven't found a setting, but it gives a very light buzz for an extremely short amount of time for each notification. Basically, unless I'm focused on the watch, I'm not going to feel it.

Updated update: going from infinitime 1.0 to 1.14.1 makes a huge difference (who would have guessed). I'm much less disappointed now!

Most do, but I’d prefer something that isn’t going to negate all the privacy I’m aiming for with something like graphene. Fitbit is owned by google, I would guess they’re pulling plenty information from those devices

  • I’m moving from iPhone to a pixel/graphene. I currently have an Apple Watch and got into the habit of leaving my phone on my desk (WfH) and relying on the watch to let me know if I get a notification. I don’t really want/care about fitness tracking or even responding to messages and calls. Is there a watch/bracelet that will just alert me to a notification?
