What have you been doing to express your creativity recently?
This is such a motivational question. Because what have I been doing that's creative lately? Not a lot! I've basically been consuming things. After I got a job again (very good thing) I was super busy. I thought I'd get back into my projects once the job stabilized, but that hasn't happened. And it's not going to happen unless I actively start making some changes.
So here are some plans:
- Been wanting to do more with AI, both art and text. Bought a new GPU so that's a start. It's something that has fascinated me ever since I ran ELIZA as a kid. Also, I'm hoping this will help me express myself more clearly.
- I was having a lot of fun writing simple calculator apps and games. It was a creative challenge to produce something on such a limited platform. My goal is to dedicate some time on Sundays for this.

I've had the Impossible Whopper several times, which is very tasty (I realize not 100% vegan due to mayo and cross contamination).
Is your vegan fast food place a local joint or are they bigger? I'd be interested in trying it out if there's one near me.

Not sure. Possibly either of these? McRib, Chicken McNuggets?
I have been looking forward to trying MOS Burger (that's where the burger in the post image is from). I was impressed that the real burger looked even better than what they showed on the menu. It's usually the opposite here.

Right now I'm not getting enough sleep or exercise, and work-related stress is high (which has resulted in some emotional eating and weight gain). So I could honestly be doing a lot better.

So something like: Mario and Dawn hit it off in an izakaya, and you're trying to picture what happened at the love hotel?

Couple of things in that conversation:
Drawn child porn
I can just imagine those words being spoken by a prosecutor to a jury and things not going well for the defendant. Kinda scary how far removed my thoughts seem to be from the average person on this.
instances that allow abusive content is a red line for me.
Yeah, those poor GPUs being abused.

Yep. Apparently you don't hand cash to someone. You put it, with both hands, into a tray, and then they pick it up from there.

Who's this for? Hopefully not your wife, haha.

Still really cool. Might have impulse bought one, but (thankfully) the better models were sold out.

Would love to have a phone where I could hit/slide a switch and the touch screen could only scroll, not click. They could absolutely coat the webpage with ads and I still wouldn't be able to accidentally open any of them.

I was about to say something derogatory about fries, but this is a burger topic.

Going to need R34 of the latter.

I used to do that until I realized how painless Debian upgrades are. When I went from 10 to 11 I was prepared for endless problems. And... after the reboot everything worked. It was so weird. After Ubuntu upgrades there was always something broken (which I have to admit did improve my knowledge in many ways, esp with how often I was fixing things purely from a console due to Xorg not loading...)

FTFY 😛
I still miss my old Trinitron CRTs. Although, contrary to the image, I typically ran them at 85Hz to eliminate the high pitched whine and flicker. Took a while to get used to an IPS panel. Also RIP 16:10 and CCFL backlighting.

Happened to still have it open in another tab.

I've never had their Stacker. That's a huge burger! Looks tasty. I usually get the Whopper (which is my personal favorite fast food burger). Maybe I can get a stacker and save half for the next day.

Hadn't had Carl's Jr in years, but one happened to be right next to my hotel in Canada. They had a Famous Star special and it was really tasty.
Five Guys has always felt expensive to me as well (although I never feel ripped off, there are so many fries)... but it's even difficult to get McDonald's for under $10 these days.

Interesting. I can see why Five Guys might not be considered truly fast food. There's no drive through, and they don't start cooking it until you order it. But when I made this, I assumed it was included, because they serve it in a paper bag, ready to go. Just looked it up on Wikipedia which describes it as fast food, so I think it counts!
