This isn't a referee bashing post, but clearly the profession of being referee attracts a certain demographic. Bald English men from the north west/greater Manchester area. Obviously there are ref's with hair from different areas, but there's a strangely large percentage that fit that description. Are you bald? Are you from Greater Manchester/North West? Do you want to be referee?
