Well how about that? Als win after two big playoff upsets. Good for them!

I hope I'm able to get back to watch the second half of the game. Should be a good one. I gotta say I expect the Bombers to take it. I'm not sure the Als can do it twice in a row. We'll see!!! Weather sounds like it will be perfect for the game, above zero and no snow or rain.

Well, how about that? My prediction for the Argos / Als game was dead wrong. Montreal took it easily, and the Argos dream season is done.

Now, will the West see any similar surprises?

It's really looking like the Argo's dream season is about to crash and burn and come to an abrupt halt.

This is certainly a much closer and more competitive game than I had expected.

The Argos should take the East easily. I suspect the West will be a closer game. We will see!

All BC since that opening drive. Calgary's defense is just not working. Looks like that's the half. Some adjustments need to made at halftime if they want to have a hope in this one.

Als won that quite handily. The shenanigans at the end were quite something.

Well, how about that. Stamps actually clinched a playoff spot thanks to their win and the Riders loss.

Hard to believe the Stamps are still in it, and not only that but that they control their own destiny. Should be an interesting game tonight. Also, Saturday's Argos/Roughriders game is going to be fun too given the two teams are going opposite directions.

He'll be their starting quarterback unless, of course, they find somebody else that they think will be better. Maier hasn't been great, but he's hardly the sole reason the Stamps have played poorly. Lots of injuries, questionable play calling, questionable pass protection, questionable receiving all plays a part.

I'm surprised the Stamps still have an outside chance. But, with the Riders slumping it is possible. Should be an interesting game for sure.

Well, the Stamps, Elks, and Ottawa will be watching the playoffs this year by the looks of it. Now it's just a matter for the teams that punched their ticket to fine tune their games for their opponents. Should be a great Thanksgiving weekend for football!

Teams are settling into their playoff positions now, but still some interesting matchups this week. Two of the top team in the Argos and Bombers go against each other. Stampeders desperately need a win, for pride if nothing else.

Argos seem unbeatable this year. Yet again they manage to squeak out a win thanks to a blocked last second field goal.

As a brand new user of ChatGPT, I have never been so incredibly impressed and rage-inducing frustrated at exactly the same time with any new tech I've ever tried. I was using it to help create some simple javascript functions and debug some code. It could come up with working functions almost immediately that took a really interesting approach that I wouldn't have thought of. "Boom," I thought, "this is great! Let's keep going!" Then, immediately afterwards, it would provide absolute shit that couldn't and wouldn't work at all. It couldn't remember the very code it just outputted to me on multiple occasions, and when asked to make a few minor changes it constantly spouted brand new very different functions, usually omitting half the functionality it had before. But, when the code was directly typed in by me in a message, every time, it did much better. Seems with every question like that I had to start from scratch every time, or else it would work from clearly wrong (not even close, usually) newly generated, code. For example, if I asked it to print exactly the same function it printed a moment ago, it would excitedly proclaim, "Of course! Here's the exact same function!" and then print a completely different function. I spent so much time carefully wording my question to get it to correctly help me debug something that I ended up finding the bug myself, just because I was being so careful in examining my code so I could ask it a question that would give me a relevant answer. So....I guess that's a win? Lol. Then, just for fun, I told ChatGPT that I had found and corrected the bug, and it took responsibility for the fix. And yet, when it does get it right, it's really quite impressive.

Having some interesting articles relevant to the CFL and other 3 down football is awesome, but not when the community is still small but growing. Those posts seem to take over, as there's at least two or three every day, and so that's all that ends being on the main page in the community. So, I may manually post some of the more interesting articles from that feed, but for now the rest of them are going to stop. Obviously, community members are encouraged to give any and all feedback on this and other matters.

Both teams are 2-3, and each one needs a win to bring them back to 500. Maier played well for the Stamps last week, passing for 315 yards in a walk-off win thanks to a Paredes field goal. The Redblacks had a huge comeback win last week, coming back from a 19 point deficit in the 4th quarter to win it in a thrilling overtime victory. Crum, in his first CFL start, was a huge factor. Lots of story lines in this one. Who is going to take this one?

I've seen this done in almost every combination imaginable, and would like to know what the 'correct' way to do this is. I've seen the building marked as 'retail' with a point at the pumps for 'gas station' and a point in the building for 'convenience store', I've seen the building itself marked as one with a point added for the other, I've seen the pumps area marked as the gas station and the building marked as the convenience store, and on and on. What's the recommended way to do this?

I'm glad to see this community pop up here. While I don't live there, I have family in the Koots and spend considerable time there every year near Slocan. Absolutely beautiful country, and wonderful people around there!!

Thanks to everyone that has posted or DMed about the bot doing the Reddit crossposting, and giving me your thoughts! Reviews have been mixed, which I expected, about whether or not the bot is useful or annoying or somewhere in between. It's getting turned off for now and I'll let the community grow organically. It can be something used occasionally, turned back on temporarily after two weeks, or scrapped entirely (it's not meant to be permanent regardless). The next couple of weeks and the thoughts and opinions of community members will let me know.
