The only reason I know/knew is because I googled it way back when, ha!

IIRC, it had something to do with how the software formatted comments. If you just used regular spaces to try and line the triangles up, it wouldn't work, because the formatting would ignore any spaces at the beginning of the comment. So you had to use a different kind of invisible character, one it wouldn't ignore and get rid of, by using an alt key + number code that's slipping my mind because I'm not in front of a keyboard to use the ol' muscle memory.
(Although I rarely ever actually posted or commented. I took 'lurk moar' very seriously.)

A lot like how on here or Reddit when people try to do the shruggy guy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but because of the way the formatting works they get ¯_(ツ)_/¯ since they don't know enough to figure out how to make it display the way they want

My week has been pretty shitty, as usual. I'm really sick of this awful, useless brain and body I'm stuck with and the horrible, unhealthy environment I'm stuck in. I wish humane euthanization was an option. But, it's not. I don't want some poor, innocent person to have to find a body and deal with the trauma of it; that wouldn't be fair to them. So I'm stuck. Life is hell and I'm tired. Tired of being useless and miserable and broken. Bleh. There's so much more I want to get out, but my poo brain won't turn it into words.

I wish the world was better and so many undeserving people weren't suffering. I hope things get better for everyone here who are having difficult times and I wish I was able to respond to everyone directly.

The food bank gave us a bag of bulk bin pistachios and I've been wondering what to do with them (other than just eat them alone) since I've never bought them before. I'll have to give that a shot! They gave us some dried cherries, too; I'm curious if they would be good in the oatmeal with the pistachios, maybe? Thank you for the ideas. :)
