If we can synthesize the idea of WinAmp owners, it would sound like, “Please contribute your free labor in an attempt to monetize the app in pursuit of our financial goals.”

I don’t use Ardour because the prebuilt binary costs, but I think it’s the best form of open source project.

Which movie(s) do you think has the best soundtrack? I think American Psycho has a good soundtrack and I listen to it occasionaly.

Edit: I ended up ordering one from Sparks. I’m going to review it here. Here’s the original question. ::: spoiler Original Question I’m going to travel to Indonesia in 2 days and finding the appropriate sim card to use. I browsed the Internet and found buying 3hk SIM from mobimatter is the cheapest option. Is the SIM safe to use? Anyone else ever got a SIM from mobimatter? ::: **My eSIM specs** Manufacturer: Sparks Country: Indonesia Capacity: 12GB Available for: 30days For how to activate the eSIM, please refer to the [official documentation](https://help.mobimatter.com/hc/en-us/articles/11022766323857-eSIM-Activation-Instructions). Beware that you need to activate data roaming for Internet connection (it won’t cost you additional fees so don’t worry). **Review** My eSIM was connected to TSEL network and it showed LTE on the right top of my phone. Result of speed test on internetspeed.my Download (avg): 1.18 Mbps Download (max): 2.45 Mbps Upload (avg): 3.09 Mbps Upload (max): 7.98 Mbps Not fast, but not very slow. It worked fine everywhere on Surabaya city. I’ve been in here for 2 weeks and I’ve already consumed 6.45GB (which is 0.43GB/day). Fortunately, I’m going to go back to my country in 4 days so it’s enough for me, and unless you watch videos outside, 12GB should be fine for everyone. **Tips** You can put mobimatter’s widget on your home screen to check the remaining data capacity. Some Wifi in Indonesia restricts access to duckduckgo.com, so it’s recommended to use VPNs from trustable providers.

I'm planning to put Debian-based operating system onto my Surface Laptop Gen 1, following the [guide (linux-surface)](https://github.com/linux-surface/linux-surface). Any good Debian-based Linux recommendations? For now I'm considering [AntiX (lightweight debian)](https://antixlinux.com/) and normal Debian. P.S. I’ve installed pure Debian, as everyone suggests. Thanks for advice!

I’ve been using [NetNewsWire](https://netnewswire.com/) before I moved to Windows. It’s perfect as long as you’re in the Apple ecosystem. Now that I moved to Windows (I was forced to), I can’t use iCloud to sync rss feeds and favorite articles. I’ve tried feedly but it sucks. I ended up using Outlook, but it doesn’t sync with its iPhone app. Is there any free way to do this, hopefully using opensource software? Syncthing doesn’t work on iOS, by the way.
