Yeah it’s crazy. Traditionally leases are a bad financial decision. I’m currently in the market for a midsize-large SUV and prices are crazy so I’m not targeting the vehicles I actually want. I’m afraid to buy car now and end up underwater on a loan if and when prices settle down and I’m in a position to upgrade to something bigger/newer, so I’m considering a lease so at least by the end of the term I don’t owe money to the bank.
Now think about the housing market. Rental nation. Just throwing away money. No generational wealth for our kids. Keep pumping out slaves to capitalism.

This is exactly what they want. Put it on the citizens who are struggling to make ends meet and take care of their families to find time to research politics.
As a leader of the country it is your responsibility to inform the people about what you are doing and why. It behooves politicians to keep the people in the dark.
There is no pride in having to do extraneous research in order to understand politics. You should expect more from your leadership.

Politicians need to be honest about why they do things. Let people make up their minds based on actual politics instead of false narratives.
Politicians need to be honest about what they’re afraid of happening if they don’t support Israel.

My comment was meaning to say that the only people who can put laws in place to stop politicians from being able to participate in trading stocks are politicians.
Clearly the laws in place do not stop them currently.

The only people who can stop politicians from being able to participate in the stock market is politicians and well…
Some of the founding fathers were even benefiting from stock and bond trading and selling.

It is a two party problem but dems and their cult-like followers act like the politicians they worship can do no wrong. Both parties are businesses and that’s it.

And Kamala refused to say whether babies can be aborted at 9 months. Politicians being politicians.
EDIT: She didn’t respond to the Chinese tariffs question either. Stop glorifying politicians. None of them are being straight with you, because they’re playing the fence for votes. You can admit that politicians are bad AND you can still support and vote for them.

They’re basically just doing what the SCOTUS did punting the decision downstream. It’s up to the states and ultimately the people of those states to decide.

For sure. I’ll have to practice some more in 4Lo. I could be expecting too much tho. My car is old and doesn’t have the ABS assisted LSD like ATRAC.
2001 QX4 It has been 90+ degrees where I live and when idling for more than 10-15 min, the A/C stops blowing cold and is humid. Works great otherwise when ambient temps are low and car is moving. The Freon pressure is good. The Enser is old and has some dents, but has been cleaned and looks to be getting airflow. How can I tell what is wrong? Replace the radiator fan clutch? Condenser? Something else? Should also note that the engine temp gets high when on long stretches up uphill highway, but I think that is somewhat normal for an old car, no? Thanks!
Not talking about touching the little guys. Talking about something like limiting sales or buys to $1M per day to curb the leverage these big corps have on the market.
Big guys like Berkshire have so much leverage in the market. They can sell a huge chunk of stocks causing chaos and a huge drop in price, then buy low and profit. The stock market isn’t fair to regular investors. You’re at the mercy of these big firms.
The parts that aren’t free are kind of shiny and up close there are little black flecks like mold. Thrips?
Rear LSD and open front. When I’m crossed up do I use 4hi or 4lo when trying to brake and gas at the same time? Or doesn’t matter?
Just replaced the rotors and new pads. The pads are semi metallic. I’ve noticed a brief rubbing sound when coming to a complete stop and when lifting my foot off the brake pedal from a stop. Is this normal for metallic pads?
2001 Infiniti QX4 Placard on car says 26 psi cold Tires say 32-49 Rear tire is set to 27 cold Does this look under-inflated? What’s the lowest I should go?
2001 Infiniti QX4 Automatic 4WD with RWD bias (4WD only kicks in when rear slips) Had to replace one tire. Should new tire be on front with open diff or rear with LSD rated around 60lb breakaway torque? The rest of the tires have about 60% tread left. Less than 15k miles on them. I’m thinking front but want to make sure it won’t cause pulling to one side or mess something up. Thanks! EDIT: I know I should do pairs. Wondering if anybody had an opinion if I just kept the one.
Southern California. It jumps. Lost legs unfortunately trying to catch it. Released outside.

The Fair Representation Act has been re-introduced in Congress. This bold solution can stop gerrymandering and make Congress work for every American. The Fair Representation Act can solve partisan gerrymandering, make every congressional district competitive, and encourage politicians to represent all of us instead of just their base. It does this by combining three reforms: * Multi-member districts. In three- or five-member districts, nearly every voter will elect a candidate they support. Voters like Massachusetts Republicans and Oklahoma Democrats will be represented in Congress. Gerrymandering will become nearly impossible. * Ranked choice voting for all U.S. House and Senate elections. RCV frees voters to support their favorite candidates, and encourages candidates to reach out to more voters for second-choice support. When RCV is used in multi-member districts, it is a form of proportional representation. * Uniform rules for congressional redistricting The Fair Representation Act can be passed without a constitutional amendment. It truly has the potential to transform our political system and create a more inclusive and deliberative government which respects and empowers all voices.
