My iPhone is running slow and glitchy after the iOS 17.11 upgrade

I have a 3 year old iPhone SE that was working perfectly until I upgraded the iOS to 17.11. I tried to reboot several times. It helps for a while, but then slows again after a while.

Any advice will be welcome.
