Help me find my next destination.

I am looking towards my next destination but I have no clue where to go to. Here are stuff I would like for my next destination; 1. Safety. It doesn't have to be as safe as Japan but something like jogging at night won't be much of an issue 2. Good internet Connectivity 3. Good Food 4. Welcoming People 5. Language Barrier; I have come to realize this can be quite a hurdle when it comes to socializing and knowing the locals. They don't have to be fluent in english but if they can speak it, this would be such a GREAT bonus. Is there a place that you found out during your DN adventure that came across with these type of vibe/scenario? Thanks guys

    Yes. I do Nairobi quite a number of times; well at least twice a year for over a month each time. I highly recommend it. Internet is amazing, food is great, nightlife is A+ but the traffic is just ………. Smh!!!!!!

    Nomads that have been to Japan

    I would like to spend 2-3 weeks in Japan preferably Fukuoka. My birthday is coming up…..I would love to treat myself since I have always wanted to visit Japan. Although, I have never been to Japan before but something about big cities has never been something that I enjoy. Lol. I feel lost as if I am in a complicated maze. So Tokyo is out of my list. 1. Are there mid size cities you can recommend? 2. Has anyone been to Fukuoka? 3. Any other helpful tips is quite appreciated
